The five steps
The whole flow takes about three minutes on your side. Payment confirmation takes anywhere from a few minutes (Bitcoin Lightning, fast crypto) to a few hours (Interac auto-deposit, on-chain BTC). Shipping starts the next business day after we confirm payment.

Pick your product
Open LUCID, GLOW, VAST, or the Protocol Set. Each page carries its product specification, price and science context, then routes to the available Interac or hosted checkout path.

Add to cart
Click the order button on the product page. You'll land on the cart with totals and the option to keep shopping or proceed.

Checkout
Enter your shipping name, address, and email. Choose Interac e-Transfer or Cryptocurrency as your payment method. Place the order.

Pay
Your order receipt and confirmation email both contain the exact payment instructions for the method you picked — recipient email + security question for EMT, or BTC / Monero addresses for crypto.

We ship
Once payment confirms, we mark your order paid and ship within two business days via Canada Post. Discreet packaging — no DOSIS branding on the outside. Tracking by default; tell us if you'd prefer no tracking.
Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
Interac e-Transfer is supported for Canadian customers. The recipient email and security-question convention are sent to you privately in your order receipt — they are not displayed publicly on this site.
What to know:
- You'll receive the recipient email address and the security-question convention as soon as you place the order.
- Use the security answer exactly as instructed — case matters.
- Put your order number in the Interac message field. This is how we match payment to shipment.
- Once the e-Transfer is deposited and matches, we mark the order paid and ship.
Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin and Monero supported. Pay the CAD-equivalent at current spot rate. After sending, reply to your order confirmation email with your transaction ID so we can match the payment to your order.
Confirmation windows:
- Bitcoin: 1–3 on-chain confirmations (typically 10–30 minutes).
- Monero: 10 confirmations (typically 25–35 minutes).
New to crypto? The easiest entry point in Canada is a registered exchange (Newton, Shakepay, NDAX, Bitbuy). Buy the amount you need, send it to the address we provide at checkout, and reply with your TXID. You don't need to hold a wallet long-term — buy, send, done.
Shipping & discretion
All orders ship from within Canada via Canada Post (or equivalent). Plain outer packaging with no DOSIS branding visible. A return address is used but is not publicly traceable to the storefront. See the Shipping page for the full policy.
