The agreement between you and DOSIS when you place an order or use the site.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
1. Who can order
You must be of the legal age of majority in your province (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan; 19 in BC, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, YT). By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are placing the order for personal use.
2. Jurisdiction and legality
You are responsible for confirming the legal status of any DOSIS product in your jurisdiction before placing an order. DOSIS does not provide legal advice. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
3. Products and pricing
Prices are listed in [CAD / USD — specify] and are subject to change. The price in effect at the time you place an order is the price that applies, even if it later changes on the site. Product images are representative; minor packaging variations may occur.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed by submitting an order inquiry via /how-to-order/ or the relevant product page. Payment is by crypto or Interac e-Transfer (Canada). No order is considered placed until payment is confirmed:
- Crypto: when the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
- Interac e-Transfer: when the funds arrive and match the order reference.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment was already received.
5. Shipping and delivery
See the Shipping policy for lead times, carrier, packaging, and lost-package handling. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier accepts the package, subject to the shipping policy's reshipment provisions for lost-in-transit packages.
6. Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns of opened or used product for safety reasons. Damaged, wrong, or short-shipped orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund at our discretion. [Adjust to match your operational tolerance]
7. Use of the products
DOSIS products are sold without medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims. Information on the website is provided for harm-reduction and educational context, not as medical advice. 8. Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials and for any activity under the account. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Practitioner access
Practitioner status is granted at our discretion, based on the information you provide and any verification we choose to perform. Practitioner status does not transfer between people or accounts and may be revoked at any time.
10. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, SVGs) is © DOSIS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use site assets for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, DOSIS's total liability for any claim arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Canadian law.
12. Governing law
