Interactions and contraindications

Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25) and 2C-B HCl interact with many medications and supplements. Combinations with MAOIs can be life-threatening. Combinations with lithium have been associated with seizures. Combinations with tramadol can lower the seizure threshold. This list is not exhaustive. Harm reduction posture

DOSIS exists within a harm-reduction framework. We encourage:

• Starting low and going slow.
• Testing your substance with a reagent kit (Marquis, Mecke, Ehrlich, and Hofmann reagents cover most relevant detections).
• Setting and setting: a stable mental state, a familiar safe environment, and a trusted person nearby if it's your first time.
• Spacing doses appropriately (do not stack microdoses; respect 5-HT2A receptor downregulation windows).
• Not driving, operating heavy machinery, or making major legal/financial decisions during or shortly after a dose.
