GLOW
Sensory warmth. Emotional openness, creative flow and empathogenic connection — the heart-opening microdose.

microdose.
GLOW is 2C-B at a sub-perceptual dose — warm, sensory and notably gentle. People reach for it for connection and creative texture rather than raw focus. Here's the honest read on what it's used for.
SENSORY WARMTH
A faint lift in physical warmth, presence and sensory richness — the territory most associated with 2C-B's character. Subtle, never overwhelming.
EMOTIONAL OPENNESS
Its empathogenic, heart-centered feel leads some to use it for conversation and connection. Set and setting shape this far more than dose.
CREATIVE FLOW
Looser, more associative attention suited to open-ended creative work. Evidence is largely anecdotal — approach it as a personal experiment.
2C-B climbs fast, so precision matters. Start at the lowest dose and never redose to "catch up." The full dosing table, the calculator and the schedules live on the science page.
THE MICRODOSE
2–4 drops = 2–4mg. Sub-perceptual warmth and presence, never a "trip." If you can clearly feel it, you've taken too much.
WHEN
Any time — 2C-B's arc is short (4–6hr). Many reserve it for a specific creative or social occasion rather than a daily routine.
HOW OFTEN
Keep it low — a few times a week at most. Tolerance builds quickly, so regular breaks aren't optional.
Drag to see mg per drop — the lit band is the microdose range. The full dosing table and schedules live on the science page.
Each GLOW kit ships as a vial, formulation profile, protocol card, and seal.
Microdosing is generally low-risk at sub-perceptual doses, but some interactions are serious. This is the short version — read the full safety & interactions before you start.
LITHIUM — AVOID
Combining classic psychedelics with lithium is linked to seizures. The single most important interaction to respect.
ANTIDEPRESSANTS
SSRIs/SNRIs can blunt effects. Never stop prescribed medication to "feel" a microdose — talk to your prescriber first.
WHEN NOT TO
A personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, or pregnancy, are reasons to avoid. If unsure, involve a clinician.
GLOW is grounded in real pharmacology and an honest read of the (limited) evidence. The dedicated science page covers how 2C-B works, why precision matters more here, the complete dosing detail, and the primary research.
PHARMACOLOGY
How 2C-B works — 5-HT2A and 5-HT2C agonism, the hybrid psychedelic-empathogen character, and that steep dose-response curve.
FULL DOSING & CURVE
The complete dosing table, the interactive calculator, and how people actually use it — situational, Fadiman-style, cycled.
