Where we ship

Lead time
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Payment confirmation means: for Interac e-Transfer, the funds have arrived and matched the order; for crypto, the transaction has confirmed on-chain (BTC: typically 1–3 confirmations; Monero: 10 confirmations).
Carrier
Orders ship via Canada Post or an equivalent national carrier. Delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–7 business days depending on province and rural/urban routing.
Packaging and discretion
All orders ship in plain outer packaging with no DOSIS branding visible on the exterior. The return address is functional but not publicly traceable to the storefront. No signature is required by default; let us know in your order inquiry if you'd prefer signed-for delivery.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided by email when an order is dispatched. If you'd prefer no tracking number (we still ship; you just don't get the carrier's tracking link), say so in your order inquiry.
Failed or returned deliveries
If a package is returned undelivered, we'll contact you for a corrected address. The buyer is responsible for accurate shipping details at the time of order. If a package is lost in transit (per the carrier), we will work with the buyer to resolve — typically a partial or full reshipment after a reasonable carrier search window. Refused, damaged, or wrong items
Inspect on arrival. If a vial is visibly damaged or the order is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund. We do not accept returns on opened or used product for safety reasons. [Refund mechanics — confirm the wording matches your actual capability]

Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, reply to your order thread before payment confirmation. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.
